Care for the Seniors Who Built Our Community

Donate to our Colorado Gives Day page
Donate Via Square

Your generosity keeps our seniors nourished, cared for, and connected.

Providing nutritional meals to our senior community, sometimes the only nutritious meal our clients may have all week, comes at a cost. Twelve dollars ($12) to be exact, but we only ask for a $6 donation (no one is ever turned away for an inability to pay). The average donation we receive is $3.50.

There's a funding gap of $8.50, and we're asking for your help to cover this.

Helping to cover this funding gap is where your generosity makes a huge impact in the lives of the cherished Elders in our community.
Your kind donations help provide:
  • Warm, healthy, delicious meals to homebound seniors, along with grab & go meals and community meals in our community cafe 5 days a week, and freshly prepared frozen meals for weekends.
  • Wellness programs, offered free of charge, help our neighbors feel their best through stretching and mobility classes, as well as Tai Chi classes.
  • Social connections to promote mental engagement and prevent loneliness, such as Senior Conversations, Game Days, Educational Opportunities, and Arts Programs, are available most days of the week.
  • Our Medical Monitoring program enables our neighbors to remain safely in their own homes, maintaining hope, dignity, and independence.
Your generosity keeps our seniors nourished, cared for, and connected.

Quote by a local Donor.....
One of our local Donors was recently quoted saying, "While their food programs are thoughtful and comprehensive, ensuring options for both active and homebound seniors, they recognize that wellness is about more than just a meal. They provide critical support that fosters mental, social, and physical health through activities that I am excited to experience—a holistic approach to aging that truly sets them apart."

With the recent discontinuation of federal funds for humanitarian Nonprofits, your kind donations are needed now more than ever.

Please consider making a gift today or become a monthly sustaining partner to help ensure every elder in Archuleta County receives the care and support they deserve.

Donate today — because no senior should ever feel forgotten.
