Meals on Wheels & Simple Nutrition
If you are home-bound and 60 years or better, or the care-giver of a qualifying home-bound consumer, you may be eligible for home delivered meals up to 7 meals a week. When funding allows, we can also provide up to two healthy shelf-stable options for meals and supplemental nutrition daily through our SIMPLE Nutrition Program.
SIMPLE Nutrition provides targeted nutrition, support, and counseling – all key support that our consumers receive in addition to our meals programs. This program has acted as a guiding pilot program for planned, combined Meals on Wheels/SIMPLE Nutrition expansion in 2020-2021. We run this program as our funding allows.
