The ASI board, community advisors, and staff review all aspects of integrated strategic planning that includes needs assessments; compliance and reporting requirements; community collaboration; results-based accountability; consumer outreach; fund raising; staff and board development; facilities, technology, and infrastructure planning; business model evaluations; and appropriate program development, implementation and evaluation.

All of our board members contribute both financially and as volunteers (beyond their service on the board itself). The organization’s board and staff adhere to the Independent Sectors’ Panel on Non-Profit Sector Governing Principles, which has been adopted by the State of Colorado as a guiding set of principles.
